Getting a great workout in can be one thing, but having a great workout playlist to get your sweat on whilst working out can sometimes be a struggle. You never know how important it is to have a playlist that can pump you up, until you’re there, on the treadmill, trying to get the intensity as high as your body can handle. I am endlessly sitting on YouTube listening to music which I can purchase or add to my Spotify playlist to hep me get in the workout mood whilst at the gym.
Although there are some great fresh tunes out at the moment, I love nothing more than working out to some old school classics, which take me back to my childhood days. Mixing it up between the two is so important to me, and I take pride with the songs that are on my iPod.
