Spotify Playlist Couch to 5k

Another week and another spotify playlist. For anyone who has been following The Life Of Vanisha you will know I’ve been on a fitness journey recently, and that’s not just to my impending wedding, but just as a lifestyle change. Spotify is an app I’ve had on my phone for so long now, and much preferred to using my iPod – which is actually now broken (boo! RIP iPod).

I’ve started working my way through the couch to 5k workout, as I felt I was just running on the treadmill with no real goal. To me,there’s no point in trying to improve your fitness if you don’t have goals in place. So, I got my act together and made a plan for myself. Obviously you can’t get through a workout plan without some great music!

For anyone looking for apps on their phone to train to 5k, there are so many great apps out there – just search couch to 5k on the app store, and plenty will come up! I decided on using the app by Lionheart, though I know many others who use the NHS app, there’s no real difference.

I’ve created a Spotify Playlist for those who need to extra push for cardio workouts or running on the treadmill. It’s the Couch to 5k workout with 30 songs to keep you going. These songs are sure to get you increasing your speed on the treadmill, and keep you running for longer.

Featuring both throwbacks and current songs this is a great playlist for those who love working out to great fast paced R&B and hip hop songs whilst getting your sweat on.
