I especially love admiring perfume bottles from different designers I’m someone who is a complete sucker for a beautifully shaped perfume bottle. Just take the Marc Jacobs perfumes, for example, they look absolutely stunning – especially dot, which is an adorable little bottle representing a lady bird.

You’ll note that Lush is a brand that has been highly trended within The Life Of Vanisha recently. On a recent shopping trip, I stocked up on all my favourites, and even have a wish list already made up for my next trip. A new product was quickly placed within my shopping basket, on my last trip to Lush in Oxford Street – that being the Mask Of Magnaminty. A lettuce green, multi-purpose mask used to exfoliate and clear the skin.

Usually when I purchase masks from Lush, it’s the face masks I go for. Let’s face it, we’re all instantly drawn to the display of ice cubes, and open tubs of face masks with their natural ingredients surrounding them. When I heard that Lush did a mask for, not just your face, but also the body, I was instantly drawn as Lush face masks have never let me down. View Post

Restaurant Review – Hawskmoor Seven Dials

Special occasions are certainly times that call for a highly recommended restaurant booking, and Hawksmoor Seven Dials proved to be just that. Ankit and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary by heading to Hawksmoor Seven Dials in Covent Garden, somewhere where we have both wanted to go for a long time now, for an early dinner. I’ve previously only been to Hawksmoor Seven Dials once, so I kind of knew my way around the menu, the cuts and had my own personal recommendations as to what to order.

You may ask why Hawksmoor, in particular? Anyone who knows a thing or two about good steak know that the team at Hawksmoor really know their stuff when it comes to prime cuts. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, setting the mood with such sophistication for any special occasion. The food is cooked to each individual taste, and it’s likely that you won’t find anything on the menu that doesn’t entice you.

So when someone asks me why Hawksmoor? My response is, why not?!  View Post
