I know we have all been there with nail polishes. We all have way too many bottles of polish than we really need, because we have just bought the newest colour on trend. So now, the bottles are stored somewhere, written off use and we have no idea what to do with them.
I for one am guilty of buying more nail polishes than I really need, and now half of my colours are drying out. This is where Coloristq* come into solve that very problem.
My December box arrived this morning and is definetly a concept that I absolutely love the idea of! It came it a small box that is easily put through your letter box, so you don’t need to worry about going to the post office to collect it if you are out.
The basic concept of Coloristq is that members have a wish list on the website and get to choose from brands such as Essie, OPI and China Glaze – to name a few. Each month three nail polishes will be sent to subscribers to use for that month. These are then returned back to Coloristq in time for next months delivery. Now I know sometimes it might be a hassle to return things back to Company’s, or the cost just doesn’t outweigh the benefit, but the returns are actually free!
The price of the subscription is £14.49 a month, though if you do compare this to the price of actually buying a bottle of polish it is more cost effective. Bear in mind the brands sent to you are top quality brands – I’m guilty of being a bit of a polish snob and I can definitely recommend these brands as they are long lasting.
The only downside at the moment is that they only offer this service to those of us in the UK, though I’m sure other Company’s will offer this service in other countries.
If you would like to sign up to this service, you can do so HERE
anyone who does sign up can get the first month free by using the code Vanisha1 and better still if you sign up before New Year the subscription will be £9.99 instead of £14.49!
So why not get your New Year colour requests in and paint those gems!
Thanks for following me on Twitter, dear. I love finding other fellow bloggers, especially Londoners.
This is a great review for Coloristiq. I do enjoy them myself.
I need to say tho – that silver shade is amazing!!!!!!
