Cookbook | Terry’s Chocolate Orange Cookies

Since I tried these cookies, years ago, from my local supermarket I actually fell in love with it. And they tasted much better warmed up in the microwave for 30 seconds or so. I myself, love Terry’s Chocolate Orange. Always have. There’s something special about the orange flavour within the milk chocolate. Here’s a great recipe to try out, if you’re like me, and love Terry’s Chocolate Orange. It’s decadent, and to be eaten on cheat day – so no need to feel so guilty about it.

Cookbook | Easter Carrot Cake Recipe

Easter is finally upon us, and I am fairly certain it’s everyone’s second favourite holiday! And not because of the bank holidays! Easter is such a perfect mid-year holiday to spend time with your family and cook some beautiful food. I’ve put together such a comforting, moist carrot cake which is ideal to bring the family together as a perfect addition to a lay up meal. Baking is so relaxing, and this is great to bake on Good Friday morning – whilst everyone is having a lie in or getting ready to go out. The smell will fill your home, think freshly baked bread, and it is the definition of yum. It has an American feel to the carrot cake, and is ever a popular cake to eat. How To Cook | Chicken Pad Thai

Good evening all!  When I first You may or may not know, but I am a huge foodie. I absolutely love nothing more than trying out new recipes,though the tendency to diverge away from the actual recipe is a must, different types of cuisine and researching different takes on old classics. One of my all time favourite types of cuisine is Thai food, and there’s nothing better than a good ol’ Pad Thai. This was actually one of the first dishes I tried when exploring Thai cuisine, and it has remained an all time favourite for years now.
