I know we have all been there with nail polishes. We all have way too many bottles of polish than we really need, because we have just bought the newest colour on trend. So now, the bottles are stored somewhere, written off use and we have no idea what to do with them. Fabletics Review| The Verdict

As I was browsing Facebook recently, I came across a number of ads promoting Kate Hudson’s new sportswear brand, Fabletics . The concept behind Fabletics is that you have your own personal stylist for gym wear. So basically you sign up to the website, answer a few questions about your style, like the type of workout you do, whether it be yoga, gym or an at home workout, and from that you have a selection of outfits put together.

Good evening all!  When I first You may or may not know, but I am a huge foodie. I absolutely love nothing more than trying out new recipes,though the tendency to diverge away from the actual recipe is a must, different types of cuisine and researching different takes on old classics. One of my all time favourite types of cuisine is Thai food, and there’s nothing better than a good ol’ Pad Thai. This was actually one of the first dishes I tried when exploring Thai cuisine, and it has remained an all time favourite for years now. Gym virgin| First time at the Gym

I know the feeling. You’ve just got your first gym membership and you are dreading the idea of working out in front of everyone else. Having them watch you whilst you try and push yourself, when really you can only last about five minutes on a treadmill. Your fitness levels are that bad. Having to walk around the gym area looking all red faced and puffed out, your new gym kit has also got sweat dripping down it. Trust me, I’ve certainly been there before.
